To make it interesting for people at school the process goes like this. Everyone in a group is asked which causes do they care about most. The group is asked to decide which causes the group cares about most. Philanthropists provide a budget. The group uses KIVA to decide on projects aligned with the group wishes. If the money is paid back a request is made for it to be lent again.
